I often find that people who've never edited and are most likely to enjoy a
face-to-face tutorial are also unlikely to signup via a wiki page. :)

Thus, I've also made a public Facebook event (
https://www.facebook.com/events/218304808327707/) and linked it from the
Wikipedia page.
