Speaking for myself only, I generally work to 6 or 630 most nights.
730 is a good time to meet

That still lets some people eat dinner before the meeting, or eat at the 
meeting or whatever.

Also meeting right after work, to me, feels like more work, not enjoyment.
A little breather refreshes people.
