I think it's the board meeting February 6, right Cary? So that would be bad, in that the meetup wouldn't be able to use the big room, but good, in that the meetup people and the board might get to spend a little time together.
On the general issue, I'm pretty sure we could accommodate the meetup any time -- I can't think of any dates that would be completely unworkable.
