Ответ для Иво (проект): 1) Важно, что Македония и др. страны еще не закрыли конкурс. И сроки у них колеблются - от 30 ноября до 31 декабря. И у них мало изображений. То есть все страны могу поддержать перенос сроков централизовано, это логично. Никакой проблемы не вижу, наоборот, все поддержат! 2) До 31 декабря люди готовятся к новому году. У учёных появится время загружать иллюстрации на праздниках и в начале первых недель работы - до 20 января 2016 года. Это очевидно 3) Казахстан присоединяется - это уже объявили. Нужен интерфейс на казахском. На это нужно время. 4) Другие конкурсы присоединились - на это нужно время. 5) В случае продления у нас есть возможность найти инвесторов! 6) В случае продления мы попытаемся вывести конкурс на федеральный уровень - ТАСС, Коммерсант и др. 7) Поэтому предлагаю для Иво следующий вариант: а) объявить о переносе всех локальных конкурсов до 20 января 2016 года. б) объявить о подведении общих европейских итогов до 15 февраля 2016 года. 2016 год здесь не имеет значения - так как итоги все равно собирались подводить только в конце января 2016 года. На мой взгляд, все исправления сроков доступны в течении 15-30 минут, согласование долгое не требуется, всё очень гибко - в Википедии и Викискладе нет места лишней бюрократии. Решают организаторы (Иво и др.), уверен, все страны нас поддержат. Аргументы: "проведём ещё конкурс потом" - потом может не быть (для России, например), сейчас PR идёт, нужно использовать время для раскрутки белого PR о Википедии и Викимедиа в РФ. И ещё это наука, ей нужно больше времени и учёт того, что учёные работают в праздники для популяризации науки. Аргументы и детали - на собрании. И главное - большую часть работы готов взять на себя, если у кого-то сомнения по этому вопросу. Главное - поправьте баннер на первой странице Википедии для незарег. пользователей.
