Following the Global Council draft that was published two weeks ago, it is my pleasure to announce that the Hubs draft chapter <https://meta.wikimedia.org/wiki/Movement_Charter/Content/Hubs> and the *Charter Glossary* <https://meta.wikimedia.org/wiki/Movement_Charter/Content/Glossary> is out for your review and feedback. It has been a long process for the Movement Charter Drafting Committee to deliver these drafts, and we are excited to share them with you. In the Hubs draft, you will find the proposed definition and purpose of Wikimedia hubs: the set-up and governance process for hubs (which also includes an open question from the committee), responsibilities, fundraising, and fund dissemination as it relates to hubs, and more.
