On April 15, Wikimedia Portugal held an Extraordinary General Assembly
over IRC, and a new board was elected.
The new board is composed of:

We also elected new members for the other official roles of the
chapter:

The meeting was attended by 12 of our members, and we were pleased to
also
welcome Dumisane Ndubane, from the Affiliations Committee, as an
external
observer.
The general assembly also approved our annual report, which is now
