Hi Andy, Yes, I can clear this up for you (and any other recipients wondering about this). The first approved date of arrival at the hotel is *July 16*. Accommodations in shared rooms will be provided starting that evening, with checkout on *July 23rd*. Those are the dates our travel agents are working off of. We altered the arrival date to July 16 in ordered to give people time to adjust from jet-lag before the start of the pre-conference on July 18.
