I'm arriving at Malpensa at 11:10 and I don't have a shuttle ticket, so I guess I'll be taking the train to Varenna Esino too. There is a train connection from Malpensa at 13:13, with a switchover at Milano Centrale at 14:20.
That train would arrive at 15:23 at Varenna, where we have 7 minutes (wtf?!) to find and board the bus at 15:30, which will get us to Esino Lario by 16:10. Hopefully. Sounds like a fun ride...
