In our case we did a "standard" Wikimania, based in a bunch of previous
(cool) ideas built by the community and improving others. But certainly we
wanted as an organizer team begin this reflection about the aiming of the
event but we don't have enough time.

Esino's team are doing a nice work that can be serve as a basis!
