Guillaume, yes, it's nice to have video recording for all Wikimania session - but the question if someone watching them, to worth the money, time and resources.
Wikimedia Israel in Wikimania 2011 invest a lot of money to record everything, time and resources to edit the videos (you need to transfer them for all the cameras, convert them) and time (and a huge bandwidth) to upload all of them. It's a lotttttt of resources just for few hundreds people will watch the videos. To be honest?
