Did I miss something? Afaik he's probably still taking Wikimedia to court. So 
where is the "winning" here?

PS: that aside: you can have a picture with a monkey taking a selfie!!  For 
most of us that is probably the closest we'll ever get to being in a monkey 
selfie! (It is ok though not to be excited about this)
