Not a google+ forum, but lemme pause here for second to explain: If you
create an account on Google, you automatically have a *google profile *page.
However, to be on *google plus *you will have to *upgrade *your profile (a
process that takes place the first time you visit plus.google.com when
logged in.)

Thus, *all *google account holders have a *google profile *but not all are
on *google+*

The users i'm talking about are not the ones have google profiles, i'm
talking about those who've upgraded from *google profile *to *google plus*,
like myself.

And you doubt that stats?
