El pasado mes de marzo, a través de una Encuesta sobre Relevancia<http://es.wikipedia.org/wiki/Wikipedia:Encuestas/2013/Encuesta_sobre_Relevancia>, la comunidad consideró adecuado el desarrollo de la actual política mediante la creación de una convención que estableciera unos parámetros genéricos, bajo la que se podrían crear posteriormente convenciones específicas que cubrieran grandes áreas temáticas.
En desarrollo de ésta encuesta, una tormenta de ideas<http://es.wikipedia.org/wiki/Wikipedia:Encuestas/2013/Encuesta_sobre_Relevancia/Tormenta_de_ideas>vino a añadir sugerencias que, unidas a otras propuestas y ensayos aparecidos previamente en Wikipedia en español, se han recogido en ésta<http://es.wikipedia.org/wiki/Wikiproyecto:Wikipedia/Pol%C3%ADticas/IdeasRelevancia/Ideas>página. Dado que la longitud de ése texto genérico es excesiva para un debate mínimamente ordenado, he creado *ésta<http://es.wikipedia.org/wiki/Wikipedia:Encuestas/2013/Encuesta_sobre_Relevancia/Criterios_de_atemporalidad_y_universalidad> * página para debatir el bloque de propuestas relativas a los criterios de atemporalidad y universalidad aplicables en wikipedia en español.
