fix commited in bzr rev 5007 (trunk) and 5003 (build15)
The cmake script did not copy the maps directory and thus did not load the
strings from the maps to the pot file.

Bug description:
the maps in mapselect menu are not translated anymore. Seems widelands tries to
load the locales from a wrong location.
