Just follow back where addResourceFolder() is already used. It is
currently used in WebApplication.internalInit() and
PortletApplication.internalInit() and the code looks like
...
configure(configuration, wicketFilter.getFilterConfig()
.getInitParameter("sourceFolder"));
...
So the init param is "sourceFolder"
