What is the idea (use case) of factory for menu items? Is this to add/remove menu items depending on user's permissions? or maybe to change them on the fly when application changes state (i.e. user selects some screen). The latter would be a very interactive application, I do not think many people do things like that at the moment. Changing menu depending on security seems to be reasonable, but this is kind of static, unless user can change security role, which is also unlikely.
