Struts does not have and never had a forum, but I guess that you expect Wicket to be magnitute more popular than Struts. Or having magnitute more issues ;-)
Now, /that/ would be the joke of the century, having 80% 'market share' in the web frameworks business. Something tells me that is not something that will happen soon though :)
