If we're somehow breaking the servlet standard we should either look
for an alternative approach or document it. At the very least, we should
investigate the expected impact of changing the default charset. How
will developers be impacted?

I don't mind because i think utf-8 is much better then all those other
char conversions
and is talking much better to java. But it is not the default what the
browser and the servlet spec are using.

Should we stick with UTF-8? It is better anyway and no charset
conversion needs to be done
