I continue to wonder if just going MQTT with a mosquitto broker on the weewx host might be simplest long term solution for a no backfill required setup, but there are so many oddities in how ecowitt names things it’s hard to say. They are certainly inconsistent. The gw1200 at least supports MQTT now with the latest firmware.
