to answer my own question, i think they can be found at 
https://github.com/RandomEskimo/DavisSi1000/blob/origin/Firmware/radio/freq_hopping.c.
as written they are unsorted, so hopefully they are in skip sequence.
next is updating rtldavis and trying it.
