There are some skins that provide at least some of these stats. For 
instance "fuzzy-archer" a.k.a. "The Bootstrap Skin" has it's own, easily 
configurable history page, for such data presentation.
For the sunshine hours it's a bit more complicated without having a 
pyranometer. Anyway, I know a guy presenting sunshine hours and statistics 
based on an illumination sensor. It seems to be at least a good 
approximation. Here's his history
