Yes. It's stored in the database, so it can be referenced just like any
other observation type. For example, the current interval would be
$current.interval.

Generally, it doesn't change (although in theory it could), so the
aggregation types are probably not of much use.

It's a member of "group_interval", whose default measurement unit is
"minute".
