I might add that you can probably find where it's running from if you try "sudo 
crontab -l -u root" or "sudo crontab -l -u weatherpi" or similarly for 
whatever user you think it's running as.  It is likely that it's being 
called from a user-specific crontab under /var/spool/cron/crontabs which is 
where user-specific crontabs are located.
