Hi all everything is solved, I created my own docker, based on https://github.com/Daveiano/weewx-wdc-interceptor-docker. Now I am running v5.1.0 and have no issues anymore.
Many kudos to Daveiano for creating this simple github. This helped me to get the 5.1.0 working on my Synology.
