That's a different format, called DeltaFormats. Unfortunately, it's not
documented, but it would look something like this:
[StdReport]
...
[[Defaults]]
...
[[[Units]]]
...
[[[[DeltaTimeFormats]]]]
hour = "%(minute)dm %(second)ds"
day = "%(hour)dh %(minute)dm %(second)ds"
