It's really very simple. Just set SQLITE_ROOT to the directory where you
want the database to be saved. You'll find it under [[SQLite]]

[DatabaseTypes]
  ...
  [[SQLite]]
    ...
    SQLITE_ROOT = /path/to/your/sqlite/dir
