Surprise, surprise I got a reply! Thank you for reaching out. I checked the information we have for your station, and it looks like it went down when we turned off the old infrastructure. So the station is hanging on to something it ought not.
The best thing to do is to reboot/reset/power cycle everything from the instrument itself to the internet, including your router if you can. That should insure a fresh connection to us. Please let me know if you don’t see data again on the PWS dashboard within about 20-30 minutes after finishing the reset.
