You are using Niculskin, which is a 3rd party extension to WeeWX. The skin has a template index.html.tmpl. Your version includes a tag that looks something like $niculskinLabels.headings.almanac, which the Cheetah engine cannot find. Looking through the Niculskin code, it does not seem to be defined anywhere. Perhaps you added this tag?
