This has been going on for years. Google groups will quarantine messages, but then either not tell me about them, or tell me, but not give me an opportunity to release them. Right now, it tells me that there are 7 messages in quarantine, but if I go to the "Pending" page, there's... nothing.
They do eventually show up, but it may take days.
