the timestamps for these observations are recent - 1644554100 is  Friday, 
February 11, 2022 4:35:00 AM UTC

so it looks like *something* is inserting data for leafTemp1...

try the query for the others.  you can do it for multiple observations like 
this:

select dateTime,leafTemp1,leafTemp2,leafWet1,leafWet2 from archive;
select dateTime,soilTemp1,soilTemp2,soilTemp3,soilTemp4 from archive;
select dateTime,soilMoist1,soilMoist2,soilMoist3,soilMoist4 from archive;

for each query, check the latest dateTime that has data (non-null).  to 
view the timestamp in human-readable form, use an epoch converter such as 
this one:
