Things to try: 1. Your value for 'path' looks a little suspicious. Perhaps you mean '/public_html'? 2. Does your server require FTPS? 3. Make sure you have necessary permissions on the remote server. 4. Your password includes several spaces. Is that correct? 5. You posted your password. You should change it.
