Update from v3.9.2 on Pi2 w FineOffset WH1080 completed OK using apt. However, I noticed quotes were removed from passwords. Is this how they should be now? (Perhaps it wasn't with WeeWX, but I do remember having to add quotes to passwords in a .conf file at some point.)
