WU_SKY_DICT is for cloud cover. What you are proposing is simply not a good fit for this extension. I won’t be creating these new icons.
Having said that, there is definitely information to be gathered from the iconCode. Using that code, I can get many more precipitation types which can be combined with precipitation chance to derive which icon to add. As such, I’ve pushed v3.4.0b9.
