WU_SKY_DICT is for cloud cover.  What you are proposing is simply not a good 
fit for this extension.  I won’t be creating these new icons.

Having said that, there is definitely information to be gathered from the 
iconCode.  Using that code, I can get many more precipitation types which can 
be combined with precipitation chance to derive which icon to add.

As such, I’ve pushed v3.4.0b9.  It adds support for the following icons in the 
WU forecast: tstms, hail, dirzzle, sleet, frzngdrzl, frzngrain, flurries.
