I see. So, it's being used as a CGI script? Incidentally, I'm not seeing anything that could not be handled using the regular weewx installer. I could be missing something subtle, but I don't believe you need a custom installer. All of the items that need to go in /var/www/html/weewx can be copied there by the CopyGenerator. Everything else is in standard locations.
