Gary, OpenSprinkler runs a simple cloud service where your unit sends your location and it returns the percentage of your sprinkler program to run based on recent precipitation and the forecast for your area. I use a custom report to get precipitation for the last 2 days in weewx, and ported this service to run locally, pulling forecast data from OWM and DS, and the local precip.
