Thank you , you have the latest .tmpl. Could you please run WeeWX directly <http://weewx.com/docs/usersguide.htm#Running_directly>, that will cause loop packets (lines starting with LOOP:) and archive records (lines starting with REC:) to be displayed on the terminal. You will see numerous LOOP: lines with a REC: line every archive period. Let WeeWX run for a few minutes, until you see at least one REC: line, then take a copy of the output and post here. Make sure you have at least 3 or 4 LOOP lines and at least one REC: line.
