Haven't had any issues so far, but it's only been a week. I am still trying to confirm that the Meteo-pi hardware clock is actually doing its thing, as there was no setup instructions for it, and I don't know enough linux to really diagnose the hardware clock feature properly. Still researching that rabbit hole, but it's running fine nonetheless.
