“seek, and ye shall find” :-) anything out there for 9am-9am the *previous* day? (or even since 9am yesterday so i can subtract since 9am today)
Graham, Glenn Mckechnie does that in his 'wxobs' here - https://github.com/glennmckechnie/weewx-wxobs (9am to 9am reporting of rain) and that is configurable in the wxobs skin if you want to set a different timing parameter.
