Thanx. I put into plots.js:
time: {
timezone: 'Europe/Berlin'
},
and into theme.js
"rangeSelector": {
"inputDateFormat": "%d.%m.%Y", // "%e %b %Y",
"inputEditDateFormat": "%d.%m.%Y" // "%e %b %Y",
}
but still the same as before.
