What you linked to is a WeeWX driver. If you wanted to convert it into a
WeeWX service, which augments the data stream, it would have to be
rewritten.

In these situations, it's usually better to run two instances of WeeWX: one
for your Vantage station, the other for the energy monitor. You will end up
with two databases, which can then be combined into a single report.
