Yep, no 13:00:00 archive record (REC: ) so all the symptoms of corrupt station memory. Not sure how different things are with an envoy. I would run through the 'Corrupt station memory' section of one of the links I gave you. Before doing anything destructive trying dumping the station memory (there is a link there in the Corrupt station memory section). This will help minimise any data loss when you reset the logger (in your case the envoy). Note weeWX must be stopped when you dump the memory.
