It's worth noting though that the AcuRite driver distributed with weeWX (in bin/weewx/drivers/acurite.py) does include code to decode inTemp. Can't say it works as I don't use an AcuRite station, though drivers don't usually get into the distribution without being fairly thoroughly tested.
