with the wmr300 I do not think the LOOP packets ever contain the data for all the fields.
The rapidfire option in the WU uploader attempts to do some buffering. I know nothing about the crt extension when used with a wmr300. It would work fine with another weather station I am sure - but that does not help you!! Maybe someone else knows more about the possible options, but your main issue is your station type creating partial packets..
