I try to explain: "moon_phase" or "moon_index" are updated only once a day. At 0:00. But the moon Changes the percentage 9 times a day. For example: On 22nd November it will say "full moon" or "4", but full moon will be on 23rd November. Same on 24th November. Full moon already ober but it says full moon. Sorry for bad explanation.
