I've just spent some time looking at your plots and I notice the .png files being produced by your SteelSeries skin are 2160 x 588 pixels, whereas the default size is 720 x 196 pixels. I just put my test system up to 2160 x 588 pixel plots and suddenly I have microscopic text. Did you make any changes to the skin? Either way it might be best if you post a copy of skins/ss/skin.conf and a sanitised copy of weewx.conf. The skin.conf should not contain any sensitive info but weewx.conf may, you can use wee_debug <http://weewx.com/docs/utilities.htm#wee_debug_utility> to produce a report containing a sanitised copy of weewx.conf. If you do use wee_debug just be sure to double check the content before posting, wee_debug does a good job at getting most sensitive info but it is not perfect.
