looks like the server is not sending the time. it should have an element
called time_utc, but you are not getting that.
in netatmo.py, try changing this line:
data = {'time_utc': x['dashboard_data']['time_utc']}
to this line:
data = {'time_utc': x['dashboard_data'].get('time_utc', 0)}
then restart.
