Hey there, I can help a little later today - back at work today. 

Initial thoughts are there should be some debugging info in Chrome. Open 
the Developer Tools (F12 on Windows), and then select the Console tab. You 
should see status like "Connecting to MQTT" or "MQTT connect failed. 
Reason: xyz"
