Irrespective of whether there is an error or not you might be surprised what can be deduced from the log, especially with debug=1. I recommend you edit weewx.conf, set debug=1, save weewx.conf then restart WeeWX. Let WeeWX run for at least 3 full archive periods (nominally 15 minutes but that will depend on your station/setup). Once the 3 archive periods have passed take a copy of the log from when you started WeeWX until the 3 archive periods passed> Post the log extract here in full.
