Nothing in simulator that DarkSky would use. They're separate. Unsure why
you had fog, maybe DarkSky had a temporary false forecast? Did it update on
the next download?
Your timestamps are different, so I'm wondering if there was a wrong
forecast that was updated in the next download interval.
