I am probably not the only one that noticed, but when my computer upgraded to Apache 2.4.7 the http://localhost/weewx command in the browser suddenly started showing a

FTP uploads to my website still work fine so I can go there, but sometimes it is inconvenient to wait 5 minutes for the update. Almost 2AM so the solution will wait til tomorrow. Also I found out the reason I was having so much trouble with passwords with MySQL is that Mint 19 (and maybe some others, IDK) doesn't prompt for a root password when you do the python install. installing the MySQL server with the Synaptic Package Manager seems to have taken care of that.
